🌟 VOLUNTEERS WANTED – HELP US GIVE BACK TO OUR COMMUNITY! 🌟

Behind every meeting, activity, camp, hike and adventure is a team of unpaid volunteers giving up their own time to make it happen. ❤️

We’re proud to give young people opportunities to learn new skills, make friends, build confidence and create memories — but we can only do that because local people choose to get involved and give something back.

And we’d love YOU to join our growing team! 👋

You don’t need to be an expert. You don’t need loads of spare time. You don’t need to know everything about Scouting.

What you do need is a willingness to get involved, have a laugh, learn something new and help young people in our community.

Whether you can help every week, once a month, or occasionally at activities and events, your time can make a real difference.

💙 Share your skills.
💙 Meet new people.
💙 Make a difference.
💙 Help give young people experiences they will remember for life.

And who knows… you might get just as much out of it as the young people do!

Good luck to all our young people who are receiving their exam results today. We hope you've got the grades you want and worked so hard for.
But Remember, if you did or didn't get the results you wanted, it doesn't change you as a person because you are still as awesome as before. 💪💪

These two are superstars!!⭐️🌟

In the heat, Redcar has had loads of visitors to our beautiful beach but unfortunately, some have left rubbish on the beach, including; blankets, clothing, nappies, toys, uneaten packaged food, shoes, broken sunglasses, parasols and everything inbetween.

Isla (7th Cub) and Sophie (7th Beaver) along with a friend spent an hour laughing and joking with each other as they walked along the beach and filled 6 bags full of other people's rubbish!

Honestly, 7th are so proud of you!

119 years since the very first experimental Scout camp pitched up on Brownsea Island, Dorset.

We’re so proud of everything our volunteers have done since then to give young people a place to belong. Thank you to you all! 🙌
