At Lilly’s we are offering a new approach locally for advice and guidance that provides the very best service to the people of Redcar and the surrounding areas. We work to find solutions and reduce the stresses that come with general every day problems. Our role is to empower people, enabling early resolution of problems and preventing further complications from happening. Our business is at the heart of the community providing services to individuals from all walks of life including access to hard to reach people such as those who find themselves homeless. Locally, there is an opportunity to make cross referrals and share advice. Our clients are more likely to get the advice they need by strategic cooperation between local support providers. We will help to remove inefficiencies and preventable problems by improving access to advice and legal services through collaborative working.
