The Department for Culture, Media and Sport's announcement of a new 'Turn it Up' Music Plan is a welcome step in bringing much-needed opportunities into the music education ecosystem, potentially opening up new routes outside of school settings for children, young musicians and music teachers to thrive.

Through our Flagship Schools and Musicians of Change programmes, we see every day how music can transform lives when children have access to an excellent music education and teachers are empowered with the support they need to deliver it.
