We speak to veterans and civilians who experienced the war; we research at American and European archives; and we conduct specialized custom tours for those wanting to see European battlefields in person. We have interviewed over 200 World War II veterans but our focus has now switched to offering professional military archival research at archives in the US and Europe.

Our last day in Normandy was a Sherwood Ranger day, listening to Graham Stevenson's interview of coming in on Gold Beach and being seriously wounded in Tilly-sur-Seulles, laying flowers at the Sherwood Ranger memorial there, and attending the ceremony for the new Sherwood Ranger memorial at Berjou. A beautiful way to end a fantastic trip. The Notts Sherwood Rangers Yeomanry 1939-1946

Today I grabbed fistfuls of Omaha Beach sand and smoothed it into the marble markers, and laid flowers at "my" B-24 crew's graves in the American Cemetery in Normandy. Always a moving experience, but this time, the first time in 15 years, without a crowd gathering and intruding, taking pictures of us up close, trying to speak to us and ask us questions as we lay flowers on the graves and honored their memories. Both B and D plots were roped off, forbidden to the public, and staff granted us special access and brought us personally to the graves. For the first time ever, a chance to honor the fallen in silence and in peace. Global Military Research, LLC American Battle Monuments Commission

Here with Don Mounts of Global Military Research remembering Hans Poelchau, Hamburg native, considered half-Jewish by the N***s, who still fought in the German Army and died in Normandy serving his country. His mother, considered fully Jewish, survived the war in Hamburg with his father and sister. Hans grew up next door to Charley Koenig and they were best friends. Charley tried desperately to find Hans after the war, but it wasn't until 2017 that we found him here, in La Cambe cemetery in Normandy. Global Military Research, LLC

Interviewing again today a 99-year-old German Battle of the Bulge veteran whom I've known and interviewed since 2012. In the foreground copies of the diary he wrote then.
