F4C’s mission is to promote and deliver a boxing and fitness curriculum as a pathway for at risk young people.

F4C is a registered charity that uses the sport of boxing and martial arts to engage at risk young people in inner cities and socially excluded communities. F4C believes in developing a passion for Fitness, martial arts and boxing young people will become motivated and goal orientated and this will provide a platform for making changes more widely in their life. The culture of support associated w

ith the boxing and sports club environment can give young people a sense of belonging where previously they had none.
