May 5th is the National Day of Prayer for Survivors of Abuse - a day when we focus on victims and survivors of domestic abuse. This week, together with Safe in Faith, a Caritas Westminster initiative, we're inviting you to take prayerful action, beginning with this prayer written by a survivor.

Join us at St George's Cathedral on Sunday 1st February, as Archbishop John Wilson celebrates the 10am Mass to mark Racial Justice Sunday!

This year's Racial Justice Sunday comes at a particularly important time - while some voices in our society are calling for division, here at Caritas Southwark we're promoting a message of unity.

If you'd like, please gather outside the cathedral at 9.45am to join the procession of national flags.

After Mass, all are welcome in Amigo Hall to gather for refreshments and conversation!

This event marks a key stage in our plans to move towards closer collaboration with both the Commission for Promoting Racial and Cultural Inclusion as well as the Justice, Peace and Integrity of Creation Commission. We're very excited to be organising this Mass and we hope you can come along!
