A day in the life of Jackie, our Head of Mentoring! 🇳🇬🧡

Jackie recently travelled to Enugu, Nigeria, to spend the day with our partner Lantana College of Hospitality, meeting students, mentors and the team behind their work. 

Along the way, she heard how mentors build trust with their mentees, from sharing their own experiences to finding ways to help young women feel comfortable opening up. 

For the mentors, one of the best parts is seeing their mentees go on to excel after their studies. 🧡
