At our Move4Change event THIS Saturday, we are incredibly excited to share that Okechukwu will be joining us to provide entertainment for our supporters to enjoy.

"My name is Okechukwu, a twenty-three year old young person living under Youth Community Home. I found my voice after a season of loss in my family during the pandemic and have been singing ever since. In that time I have written and recorded songs to complete an album that tells the story of my journey through homelessness and coming to terms with my sexuality. Today, I am happy to share my love for music with anyone open to listen and I am grateful to have a space like Move4Change to shine some light. Finally, I hope to pursue music as a career, with plans to finish producing my album and continue performing live."

Move4Change 2024
Every week (over 400 people per year) from all walks of life come to us sharing their struggles and burdens during Crosslight appointments. As someone who has the privilege of working for Crosslight, I can say it’s both challenging and incredibly rewarding to offer practical money and debt advice that reflects God's love and care. Our support often leads to freedom from isolation, anxiety, and debt, truly transforming lives.

I am honored to lead a team of around 50 dedicated volunteers who generously give their time and skills to serve those in need in our community.

This event is a wonderful opportunity for us as to come together, whether walking or cycling, and to enjoy time in fellowship. We’ll also have a celebratory cream tea afterward. Your presence means so much to me and our team, as you support our vision of restoring dignity and renewing hope.
