At our dementia flower arranging sessions, creativity can take you in all sorts of directions.

Recently, the group created a brilliant collection of scarecrows for a local competition - each one drawing on the heritage, memories and ideas of the people who made them.

There’s a Japanese scarecrow, an African scarecrow and a beautiful bride, each with their own name, character and story.

These sessions give people living with mild to moderate dementia the chance to make, chat, try something different and simply enjoy being creative together.

We’re grateful to Fairview for sponsoring these brilliant sessions and helping us keep them going.
