What a night!

A look back at our first Dis-labled Forum, bringing together some of the brilliant people and organisations we’ve worked with and met through Dis-labled over the past three years.

A huge thank you to our panel and to everyone who joined the conversation. The evening was full of amazing stories, conversations, ideas and insights, celebrating what can happen when people are included, given opportunities and, most importantly, heard.

And thank you to The National Lottery Community Fund and The National Lottery players for supporting Dis-labled and helping us make events like this possible.

This was our first Dis-labled Forum, but definitely not our last.

We’ll be back. Bigger and better.

Community Choir Starts Tomorrow! New Start Time: 10:45am

Our popular Saturday Community Choir, part of our Dis-labled project, returns tomorrow.

If you're returning this term, please note our new start time of 10:45am.

Led by Zara Paris Donaldson, Community Choir is a welcoming and inclusive space where people can build confidence, develop their voices and enjoy making music together. Everyone is welcome, whatever your singing experience.

Starts: Saturday 1st August
Time: 10:45am to 1:00pm
The six week term runs every Saturday until 5th September.

£50 for the full six week term

Our Summer Art School starts soon and there are still places available.

Join us for three days of creativity in a friendly, welcoming and inclusive environment. Explore painting, drawing and a range of creative techniques with experienced tutors.

For the past month, we've been proud to showcase an inspiring collection of artwork created by our talented students. This semester's exhibition, themed Botanicals and Nature, celebrates creativity through painting, ceramics, textiles, photography and more.

We'd like to say a huge thank you to artsdepot for hosting this year's exhibition and supporting inclusive arts.

At Community Focus, we hold two exhibitions every year, giving our students the opportunity to share their achievements with family, friends and the wider community.

Last 24 Hours to Visit!

There's just one day left to experience the Community Focus Summer Exhibition & Festival 2026 at artsdepot.

Over the past month, we've been delighted to share the creativity and talent of our artists with hundreds of visitors. If you haven't had the chance to visit yet, now is the perfect time.

Featuring this year's theme, Botanicals and Nature, the exhibition showcases beautiful paintings, ceramics, textiles, photography and mixed media created by artists with learning disabilities, autism and additional needs.

Final day: Tomorrow, 24th July
Venue: artsdepot, 5 Nether Street, North Finchley, London N12 0GA

Thanks to The National Lottery The National Lottery Community Fund, the Dis-labled Podcast has been awarded three years of funding.

This means we can continue giving disabled and neurodivergent people a platform to share their stories, grow in confidence, and reach even more people through our podcast.

Discover a celebration of creativity at the Community Focus Summer Exhibition & Festival 2026.

Running until 24 July at artsdepot, this year’s exhibition explores the theme Botanicals and Nature, showcasing vibrant paintings, ceramics, textiles, photography and more, all created by talented artists from Community Focus.

Alongside the exhibition is a programme of free events, including guided tours, creative workshops, choir performances and the Dis-labled Podcast Community Forum.
