Happy Pride month! We’re grateful to be partnering with again this year - thank you for supporting us and our 5,000+ monthly service users. 🫶

Not A Phase is a charity working to uplift the lives of trans+ adults across the UK. We deliver a wide range of community-led programmes, events and support spaces that centre joy, safety & connection.

Our flagship Misfits network provides free fitness, wellbeing and self-defence sessions across the country, while our peer-led Trans+Connect groups offer online community and practical support. Alongside these core services, we run year-round projects, workshops and initiatives that champion visibility, improve wellbeing and strengthen local trans communities.

We also partner with organisations to develop stronger policies, training and DEI practices, while actively campaigning to protect and advance the rights, safety and joy of trans+ people nationwide.

We’ve simplified the process of emailing your MP to help protect trans+ rights as they currently stand in the UK. It is essential to do this now during the 40 day window, during which time MP’s can complain about the EHRC guidelines before they are formally implemented within the Equality Act.

Step 1: Visit NOTAPHASE.ORG
Step 2: tap ‘contact your MP’ and enter your details to email yours.
Step 3: hit ‘send’ and you’ll be taken to an external window in your Mail app.
Step 4: personalise your letter as you see fit
Step 5: hit ‘send’ and you’re done!
We don’t retain any data from this series of steps - any replies come directly to you and are between you and your MP.
