Big shoutout to Louise, who is running the Aintree Racecourse 10k on Sept 27th to raise funds for ADHD UK! 🏃‍♀️✨

For Louise, this run is deeply personal. Having lived through the realities of an ADHD diagnosis at a time when awareness was low, she knows firsthand how incredibly isolating and debilitating the condition can feel without the right backing.

"Without services like ADHD UK there would be no support or awareness for myself and others struggling with this diagnosis."

Please join us in cheering Louise on! If you’d like to support her run and help her smash her fundraising goals, check out her link: https://www.justgiving.com/page/louisecowen95
