Our Employment Academy is fully integrated with our social business. We run a 12 week Employment Programme with a 360 approach, offering on-site work experience throughout our not-for-profit club and offices, accredited qualifications, skills training and personal development. We work with Employer Partners to create employment pathways for participants. Trained voluntary mentors support our gradu

ates on their journey to independence, offering guidance and advice for at least a year after the programme ends. Our Academy team provide ongoing support to graduates to ensure that they reach their aspirations and are able to thrive.
