We had a brilliant time at the Liverpool Film Office Crew Catch Up!

It’s was inspiring to see the industry come together, but just as important were the honest conversations about the challenges that come with the job.

We’re growing our Ambassador of Hope trainer community 💙

Our Associate Trainers help deliver values-led mental health awareness sessions that create safe spaces, challenge stigma and help people know where to find support.

This is a flexible, session-by-session opportunity delivered online and in person alongside your existing commitments.

We’re proud to be partnering with Wigan Council to help make mental health support more visible, accessible and easier to navigate across the borough.

As the first local authority in the UK to formally adopt Hub of Hope, this partnership is a huge step towards making sure more people know where to turn when they need support 💙

Together, we’ll be helping connect communities with trusted local and national mental health services, while continuing to challenge stigma around mental health.

Because finding support shouldn’t feel overwhelming!

We got to spend the afternoon with in sunny Liverpool for their mental health awareness week event! 🌞

Through the campaign we work together to signpost students to seek support on their own terms & timelines with the Hub of Hope!👏

We loved getting involved in the day, connecting with students, sharing about the Hub of Hope, taking part in the aromatherapy activities (and even a sound bath!)

A bench can be more powerful than it looks 🌏

We're proud to be the official charity partner with HelloBench, connecting communities with conversation, connection and access to support. 🤝

The first HelloBench outside Berkshire has now launched in Cirencester, offering a simple place to pause, reflect, talk, or scan the QR code for instant access to Hub of Hope!

Because sometimes support starts with a conversation. And it often starts with knowing where to find help.

With more HelloBenches planned for communities across the UK, this is just the beginning 💙

Last week Chris, our Director of business and operational development, went down to London to take part in the Head On campaign launch where the aim is to push for a modern & fairer mental health system! 🤝

"Being in that room, you could feel how much appetite there is for change. MPs, charities, innovators and people with lived experience were all pointing to the same truth: that the system isn't fit for purpose, and we can do better! 💙

What stayed with me most were the personal stories, the years people have waited for help, the difference the right support made, and the hope that comes from seeing practical solutions already emerging. It was a reminder that progress is possible when we listen, collaborate and act with urgency."

At Chasing the Stigma, we’re proud to stand alongside this powerful coalition. Through the Hub of Hope and our wider work, we’ll keep championing evidence, lived experience and community‑led solutions as we tackle the mental health crisis HEAD ON. 👊

Wishing a huge good luck to Marc Holl as he takes on the incredible challenge of the London Marathon this Sunday! 🏃‍♂️💙
