We are very grateful to our friends Mike and Jo from Fox Info Tech for donating their van to a team in Ukraine.

This little van was great to drive and managed the rough roads really well. It’s now well settled in it’s new home in the east, supporting a team with logistics.

Thank you as always to .engineering.ltd for their support on the costs of transporting the van! We couldn’t do what we do without your help 🇬🇧🇺🇦

We recently partnered with British charity .uk to deliver equipment to several regions in Ukraine.

This huge delivery of fire fighting equipment went to Chornobaivka in the Kherson Region.

Thank you to everyone who generously donated equipment to the .uk team, and to .engineering.ltd for supporting the logistics of the delivery.

As always, playing catch up on the posts from the past few months!

Here is the second of two ambulances that went to an evacuation team in Donetsk region. This one was also converted to evacuate several casualties at once, as safely and efficiently as possible, as the roads continue to get more and more dangerous.

Ambulances and evacuation teams continue to be targeted every day, but the work must continue.

Thank you to those working hard to save and evacuate, and thank you to everyone involved in supporting the purchase and delivery of this ambulance: Andrew, Hilary, John, Laura and team, A&B Engineering for their continued logistics support, and everyone who supported with driving 🇬🇧🇺🇦

Check out this article in Colchester Gazette on our partnership with Essex-based company Bleeder Bag, and how together we are working to deliver civilian tactical medical training in front line regions of Ukraine 🇬🇧🇺🇦

Its mission, alongside the non-profit Casus Pax, is to make military-style bleed control available to the public.

We’ve been busy sorting and packing the incredible donations from . Here you can see a few of the things we will be delivering in a few weeks time, including materials to treat massive bleeds, airways, hypothermia prevention, patient monitoring, IVs, bloods etc. We also have some equipment to support search and rescue teams like stretchers, fireproof overalls and heavy duty gloves.

We also have some supplies that will be put to great use as training equipment, an extremely valuable resource.

Thank you for this fantastic kit, and big thank you to for facilitating this donation.

The first part of the next convoy will be departing very soon with Simon and team 🇬🇧🇺🇦

If you would like to support our next deployment, we would be grateful for any donations via the link in our bio ❤️

The second ambulance from the last convoy went to a medical team conducting evacuations from the Donetsk region.

The inside has been modified to accommodate several casualties for transport to hospital as effectively as possible given the extremely challenging conditions they are working in.

Many people still think that those travelling in ambulances are safe, but unfortunately this couldn’t be further from reality. Ambulances are targeted daily, medical teams and their casualties are at extreme risk, but they are absolutely fundamental and these brave teams persevere.

Thank you to everyone involved in getting this ambulance to where it needed to be 🇬🇧🇺🇦

Last month were delighted to be able to deliver computers to National University Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic to directly replace equipment that had been destroyed in a recent attack.

This donation was made possible thanks to the kind generosity of MICT Liverpool.

Education facilities are regularly targeted and we will continue to do everything we can to support students and staff to prepare and recover from such awful attacks.

We were absolutely delighted to have recently been invited to give a briefing to senior officers of the Belgian Medical Service at the Belgian Military Academy, Brussels.
In our capacity as representatives of Casus Pax and The Institute of Conflict Medicine, we discussed several topics pertaining to the challenges faced in medical planning, logistics and the ‘Continuum of Care’ in Ukraine, including energy & infrastructure challenges, evacuation times, emergent tactical threats, infection concerns and the essential roles of civilian practitioners & volunteers in conflict environments.

The response was tremendously enthusiastic with several new joint projects already proposed, and we hope to be able to work closely with the BE Medical Services moving forward.

Our most sincere thanks to the Belgian Medical Component Command and Maj. Clarys for the invitation and organisation.

It’s been a year of so many emotions, a year of being both students and teachers, a year of many friends, new and old, such sadness and frustration, but looking back, we feel very proud of our team and all that we have achieved.

It’s hard to fit into a quick clip everything that’s happened this year, there is so much more than is here, not all good, but it’s the people that make it worthwhile.

Looking forward to 2026, we aim to keep learning, keep teaching, and above all else, working hard to help those sacrificing everything to keep us safe.

Thank you to absolutely everyone who has contributed in some way this year, we are eternally grateful. We’re ramping up for our next deployment very soon and we can’t wait to get back 🇺🇦

The third vehicle from this convoy was this Hyundai Santa Fe- the speediest vehicle we’ve delivered so far, kindly donated by Andy, Archie, Laura, John, the Lutleys and the rest of the team. It went straight into service towards the front a couple of hours after it was delivered. It has subsequently had a lifesaving impact in Ukraine with a very hardworking team 🇺🇦

Swipe to see the most handsome team member 🐾

Thank you everyone involved in getting this vehicle to where it needed to be, including .engineering.ltd for your help with the logistics, , and Yasha Foundation for identifying where it was most needed 💙💛
