One of our largest initiatives this year has been delivering civilian tactical medicine classes in Zaporizhzhia. Utilising our skills as TCCC Combat Medic Corpsmen and Bleeder Bag Haemcon Instructors, we designed a curriculum tailored directly to the critical, daily realities civilians face in the region.

We’ve had the privilege of hosting successful courses across the city—including at Запорізька політехніка , Молодіжний центр Запоріжжя , and Центр розвитку "Світло для світу" | Запоріжжя.

A massive thank you to Rotary Club Of West Derby Liverpool for their incredible support! Thanks to their partnership, we were able to expand our training supplies and keep these life-saving classes 100% free for everyone attending 🙌

What’s Next?
Demand for this training is growing rapidly. Our next major task is to train all public transport drivers across Zaporizhzhia, ensuring those keeping the city moving are equipped to handle critical emergencies.

Today .kravets.kostya sent us a video of the awesome , inserting one of our central lines into a very brave casualty in their stabilisation point, a great example of where some of our donated medical kit goes. This is an impressive skill under normal circumstances, but under constant drone and KAB threat makes this even more extraordinary.

We are so grateful for our ongoing partnership with the team at , who have been sending us regular, vital deliveries of medical equipment. Made possible by , who works behind the scenes to keep things moving.

The equipment we receive through this partnership is typically retired from medical clinics on offshore oil rigs—facilities that are specifically equipped to treat severe trauma and blast injuries. This makes it an ideal parallel for the precise medical challenges we are facing on the ground every day in Ukraine.

Zaporizhzhia

We were absolutely over the moon to finally meet in person recently. After years of communicating online—and missing each other by just a single day on multiple occasions—the stars finally aligned in Zaporizhzhia, we were pleased to be able to show her a little of the city we call our second home.

The highlight was definitely her visit to the College of Humanities, one of our partner institutions. Felicity kindly gave a guest talk about her work and her book, which was incredibly popular with both students and staff. Thank you to Yuriy Polyezhayev for organising.

Looking forward to meeting again soon—and eating a few more syrniki in the name of “market research.”

We were so pleased to team up once again with dedicated volunteer, Simon, to deliver a Land Rover to a hardworking team out in the Dnipropetrovsk region.

As we all know, vehicle attrition on the ground is currently at an all-time high. In a dynamic environment, reliable transport isn’t just a convenience—it’s a literal lifeline. Being able to get a reliable 4x4 into the hands of a team doing vital work is always high-impact, and we were glad to play a part in making this happen.

A massive thank you to Simon and co for their commitment and everyone involved in driving. Also thank you to the wonderful A&B Engineering who support us with logistics costs, allowing us to transport vehicles and medical kit across the country. Every vehicle delivered means more lives reached and more teams kept safe.

Directing medical equipment to fulfil specific requests-we’ve been spending a lot of time doing deliveries to stabilisation points. Every day, our focus is on supporting medics and doctors in any way we can.

While the work continues day to day with Casus Pax, we are also building for the future.

Last year, we were incredibly lucky to work with the amazing team at the Micro:bit Educational Foundation to bring a large donation of Micro:bit boards into Ukraine. While reaching educational institutions across the country was fantastic, we always had a bigger dream: creating a localised educational hub in the Zaporizhzhia region to maximise the reach of the equipment and open doors for as many students as possible.

Thanks to our wonderful colleagues at Запорізька політехніка— where we are proud to serve as Visiting Professors— that goal became reality. Led by the incredible Olena, the University recently hosted an intensive, two-day Micro:bit workshops for school teachers from all over the region. The teachers graduated from the program equipped with their very own boards to take back to their classrooms!

That original donation from the Micro:bit Foundation just keeps on giving. Now, despite the immense challenges they face daily, children throughout the Zaporizhzhia region have hands-on access to cutting-edge equipment for their robotics and coding classes. 🤖✨

A massive thank you to the Micro:bit Foundation, Olena, and Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic for proving that even in the toughest times, education and innovation never stop.

A massive thank you to and for delivering a car full of vital medical supplies all the way from TAC Healthcare to Ukraine, bound for the Zaporizhzhia region! 🇺🇦

Every convoy relies on the incredible dedication of our volunteers. Whether it’s your first time with us or your tenth, having a friendly, reliable team makes all the difference on the road. We couldn’t do this without you.

We are very grateful to our friends Mike and Jo from Fox Info Tech for donating their van to a team in Ukraine.

This little van was great to drive and managed the rough roads really well. It’s now well settled in it’s new home in the east, supporting a team with logistics.

We recently partnered with British charity .uk to deliver equipment to several regions in Ukraine.

This huge delivery of fire fighting equipment went to Chornobaivka in the Kherson Region.

As always, playing catch up on the posts from the past few months!

Here is the second of two ambulances that went to an evacuation team in Donetsk region. This one was also converted to evacuate several casualties at once, as safely and efficiently as possible, as the roads continue to get more and more dangerous.

Ambulances and evacuation teams continue to be targeted every day, but the work must continue.

Thank you to those working hard to save and evacuate, and thank you to everyone involved in supporting the purchase and delivery of this ambulance: Andrew, Hilary, John, Laura and team, A&B Engineering for their continued logistics support, and everyone who supported with driving 🇬🇧🇺🇦
