🔹 турнікети «Дніпро» для двох рятувальних підрозділів;
🔹 рятувальні ноші Paraguard для роботи на висоті;
🔹 термоковдри та грілки для гуманітарного автобуса;

A Partnership That Strengthens Rescue Services 🤝

Following an introduction to the work of Zaporizhzhia’s rescue services, active cooperation with our partners at Casus Pax began. The first significant result of this collaboration was the delivery of assistance to the Municipal Special Paramilitary Emergency and Rescue Service (KSVARS).

Our partners provided:
🔹 Dnipro tourniquets for two rescue units;
🔹 Paraguard rescue stretchers for working at heights;
🔹 thermal blankets and heating pads for the humanitarian bus;
🔹 protective gloves for debris removal and welding work.

This equipment will help improve the safety of rescue workers and increase the effectiveness of their work in responding to and dealing with the consequences of emergency situations.

We are sincerely pleased that our cooperation with Casus Pax is taking on a concrete and practical meaning. For Zaporizhzhia, located close to the frontline, such support is extremely important, as it strengthens those who save lives every day and work directly at the sites of emergency situations.

We sincerely thank our partners for their support, trust, and willingness to stand with Zaporizhzhia! 🤝

Zaporizhzhia has been the Ukrainian base of Casus Pax for over three years, so it was an absolute pleasure to formalise our partnership with the City and Regina Harchenko last week.

We’re excited to expand our collaboration and, most importantly, to see what we can achieve together in support of the people of Zaporizhzhia.

There are already a number of areas where we have plans for collaboration, including:

🔹 Civilian tactical medicine training for city workers — already underway
🔹 Equipment and support for the City Rescue Service
🔹 International outreach opportunities for local medical professionals to connect with colleagues around the world, through our work with the Institute of Conflict Medicine (ICMed)
🔹 English-speaking clubs for schools and universities
🔹 Science outreach and educational opportunities for young people

This partnership is an exciting opportunity to bring together local knowledge, international expertise and practical support.

We’re looking forward to working alongside the City to create new opportunities, strengthen existing networks and support this wonderful city in whatever ways we can.

Zaporizhzhia has been home to Casus Pax for more than three years — and we’re excited for what the next chapter will bring. 💙💛

Big thank you to Mike and for driving the length and breadth of the UK recently to collect the generous donations from TAC Healthcare and drive them all the way from Aberdeen to the south ready to be driven out to Ukraine.

Much of the kit is already in the hands of frontline medical practitioners, saving lives on the ground.

Thank you 🤩

The final vehicle from Simon and team—a rugged Land Rover—has been working hard with a frontline medic in the Zaporizhzhia region.

Its mission is purely life-saving: transporting doctors to the stabilisation point and moving wounded patients to the next stage of treatment. Prior to this, the team was forced to wait on borrowed vehicles regardless of how urgent a patient’s condition was.

While this Land Rover gave them the immediate mobility they desperately needed, their work is far from over and they still require ongoing support.
Thank you to Simon and everyone who works to keep our medical teams moving!

Tourniquets remain our most frequently requested item. Even now, we still receive fake tourniquets in equipment donations. To guarantee absolute reliability, we procure tourniquets directly within Ukraine. Counterfeit medical equipment presents a grave danger in conflict—a failed tourniquet is worse than having none at all. By sourcing locally through reliable manufacturers like Турнікети Дніпро / TQ DNIPRO, we ensure every penny of funding goes further without compromising on safety.

We extend our sincere thanks to Anna Ekvist and the local Ukrainian community in Liverpool for their dedicated fundraising efforts. Their contributions supported the purchase of tourniquets which were delivered to a frontline team operating in the Zaporizhzhia region.

We are incredibly grateful to the Bromley’s for donating their beloved family car earlier this year, which was immediately put to work on deliveries in the Zaporizhzhia region. Its reliability and speed allowed us to move swiftly under drone nets, getting essential supplies directly to stabilisation points.

The car has now been handed over to a team for vital evacuation missions. In reality, these handovers aren’t glamorous- they are quiet, low key exchanges in ordinary car parks with exhausted, stoic teams eager to get back to work.

Triaging requests is one of our hardest tasks because the need is so high. But meeting a team that has given everything confirmed that this donation landed exactly where it was needed most. Thank you, Bromley family ❤️ 🙌

We’ve had the absolute privilege of working alongside Mike Kearney from the NEU over the past few months—and to say his passion for education is contagious would be an understatement.

Thanks to the ever amazing Yuriy Polyezhayev, we were honoured to introduce Mike to some of the extraordinary educators in the Zaporizhzhia region. Despite operating under unimaginable and horrific conditions, these nurseries, schools, colleges, and universities are continuing to teach and protect their students as safely as possible. Their dedication is nothing short of remarkable. Mike is leading some fantastic educational projects which we’re excited to see the results of.

To help support their safety on the frontlines of learning, we’ve been hosting civilian tactical medicine classes to ensure teachers and professors feel as prepared as possible.

Huge thank you to every single educator standing strong for their students. You inspire us daily!

Another vehicle donation!

We were delighted to hand over this Nissan X-Trail—donated by Simon and co.—to a KORD team for their vital frontline work. KORD is a highly skilled special police unit carrying out essential, high-risk missions to protect communities and save lives every day.

A massive thank you to Simon for putting in so much hard work to get these vehicles over to Ukraine, and to everyone who played a part in making this trip a success. This car is now in the hands of a well-deserving, dedicated team.

None of this would be possible without the incredible support of A&B Engineering —thank you for helping us keep these brave teams on the road!

One of our largest initiatives this year has been delivering civilian tactical medicine classes in Zaporizhzhia. Utilising our skills as TCCC Combat Medic Corpsmen and Bleeder Bag Haemcon Instructors, we designed a curriculum tailored directly to the critical, daily realities civilians face in the region.

We’ve had the privilege of hosting successful courses across the city—including at Запорізька політехніка , Молодіжний центр Запоріжжя , and Центр розвитку "Світло для світу" | Запоріжжя.

A massive thank you to Rotary Club Of West Derby Liverpool for their incredible support! Thanks to their partnership, we were able to expand our training supplies and keep these life-saving classes 100% free for everyone attending 🙌

What’s Next?
Demand for this training is growing rapidly. Our next major task is to train all public transport drivers across Zaporizhzhia, ensuring those keeping the city moving are equipped to handle critical emergencies.

How You Can Help
To keep these courses free and scale our reach, we need your support:

-Donate: Tap the link in our bio or stories to help fund essential training supplies.
-Sponsor: Interested in corporate or organisational sponsorship? Contact us at [email protected] to partner with us.

Every contribution allows us to prepare and protect more lives on the ground. Thank you for standing with us!

We are very grateful to our friends Mike and Jo from Fox Info Tech for donating their van to a team in Ukraine.

This little van was great to drive and managed the rough roads really well. It’s now well settled in it’s new home in the east, supporting a team with logistics.

Thank you as always to .engineering.ltd for their support on the costs of transporting the van! We couldn’t do what we do without your help 🇬🇧🇺🇦
