Join us for a special afternoon of remembrance in Warwickshire..

On Saturday 29th August, we’ll come together to remember loved ones through the creation of a simple memorial stone a community walk, and time to share refreshments, stories or quiet reflection with others who understand.

Whether your loss was recent or many years ago, you are welcome.

There is no expectation to speak or take part in every activity. Some people come to share memories, while others simply walk alongside others and spend time remembering.

A Cup of Calm is a monthly welcoming peer support group for anyone who has been bereaved by su***de.

A Cup of Calm offers a gentle, informal space to meet and connect with others who understand the unique complexities of su***de loss without fear of judgement or stigma.

These gatherings provide an opportunity to share a cuppa in a safe, compassionate environment. There’s no pressure to talk - just a chance to connect, reflect, and be among people who truly get it.

Whether your loss is recent or from years past, A Cup of Calm is a place to find comfort, community, and understanding.
