1 in 5 adults in the UK experience mental health conditions regularly. Whatever you’re going through, you don’t have to face it alone.

Support is available, and reaching out is always okay. Take a moment to check in with yourself and the people around you. Sometimes, a simple conversation can make a real difference.

On Friday, our team joined the team at Sports Alive North West Charity for a visit to Archbishop Beck Catholic Sports College, where we had the opportunity to hear directly from young people from across the community 😁

We spoke openly about the barriers that can prevent young people from accessing support, what they feel their communities are missing, and what their dream community would look like.

Most importantly, it was a chance to listen. Young people have a unique perspective on the places they live, and making sure their voices are heard is an important part of creating better opportunities and support around them.

A big thank you to everyone who took part and shared their thoughts with us. We’re looking forward to taking these conversations forward 💜

What an incredible evening last night, celebrating more than 20 years of Positive Futures and the impact we’ve had across Liverpool over the past two decades! 💜

We were joined by Marie Rooney, an original founder of Positive Futures, who shared the story of how it all began, and Chloe Foran, a former young person who shared her own experience with the organisation.

We also took the opportunity to say a very warm goodbye to Paul Kennedy, our departing Chair of Trustees, and Graham Morris, who has been a valued member of our Board for more than 10 years.

A brilliant evening celebrating our past, the people who have helped shape Positive Futures, and the opportunities still to come. 🎉
