Every Saturday, Ubuntu Birth and Bereavement Companions CIC provides a warm hot meal and a safe, welcoming space for mothers, families and the community. Ubuntu is a place where people can connect, feel supported and receive emotional wellbeing support in a caring environment.

Whether someone is facing stress, loneliness, pregnancy challenges or bereavement, Ubuntu reminds them that they are not alone. Together, we share food, friendship, encouragement and hope because at Ubuntu, “I am because we are.” ♥️
