The show must go on! ☀️

Last week you may have seen us at Anglesey Show!

It was a fantastic to meet people from across the local community, raise awareness of cancer prevention and share more about the work North West Cancer Research is doing to support people across North Wales.

And with the show taking place on one of the hottest days of the year, we were kept busy handing out suncream and reminding visitors of the importance of staying sun safe – even when you’re out enjoying the very best of the Welsh summer! 🧴

A huge thank you to everyone who stopped by to chat with our team, find out more about our work or simply grab some much-needed suncream.

We’re proud to be supporting life-saving cancer research and communities across North Wales.

A GRAND AFTERNOON IN SOUTHPORT! 🍾

Last Friday, supporters came together at The Glorious Grand in Southport for a wonderful afternoon of fizz, food, music and fundraising - all in support of North West Cancer Research.

We’re delighted to share that the afternoon raised an incredible £3,100 to support life-saving cancer research across our region. 💛

A huge thank you to our Southport Committee Funraisers for NWCR for all the time, care and hard work that went into making the event possible, and to Paul Crone for helping make the afternoon so special.

And, of course, thank you to everyone who joined us, donated, supported the raffle and helped make the day such a success. We’re incredibly grateful for your continued support.

Every pound raised helps us fund pioneering research right here in the North West and North Wales, tackling the cancers that affect our communities most.

SINGING OUT OUR THANKS 🎶

A huge thank you to everyone at Local Vocals for an unforgettable day at The Bridgewater Hall.

Across two spectacular performances, hundreds of choir members came together to fill the hall with music, creating a truly special atmosphere for thousands of supporters.
We're honoured to have been one of the charities supported, and thanks to the generosity of everyone involved, an amazing £23,726.58 has already been raised for North West Cancer Research.

Our heartfelt thanks to the sensational Sue Devaney for being our host for the shows.
This remarkable achievement wouldn't have been possible without Laura Bennett's vision, the dedication of the musical directors, musicians, volunteers, choir members and every single person who attended.
