We offer tools, support and guidance to see girls aged 11-18 in Leamington Spa and the surrounding area flourish. Our vision is to see girls value restored, lives rebuilt and potential released through our creative mentoring programme and small group courses.

Last month Flourish turned 11! 🎉

That’s over a decade of dedicated mentoring and group work for girls across South Warwickshire.

11 years of feedback and data prove the difference Flourish makes, from helping girls get back into the classroom, manage anxiety, and build healthy friendships, to providing a crucial turning point right when they need it most. 🩷 We know that early intervention - support at the right time - can make all the difference.

Thank you to our amazing team (pictured!), our volunteers, our supporters, and the girls who trust us every day.

Our evening community groups are back! 💫

Every girl takes something unique away from our programmes - from learning to manage big emotions like anxiety, to feeling more confident in who they are. The impact is real.

Our latest evening group is fully booked! Your response has shown us how much groups like this are valued and needed.

So, we're setting up more! 💛

If you refer in to us you will be allocated to the next Monday evening group we are running. A member of our team will be in touch to go through the details and ensure your young person is well placed to join us.

The groups are for girls in years 7, 8 or 9. They focus on building self esteem and mental wellbeing - they also look at friendships, positive self talk and self image. The group takes place at Flourish HQ in Leamington Spa.

A massive thank you to the fantastic Hornets Walking Netball Team! 🏐

They held a charity tournament and went all out, they even printed their own Flourish t-shirts and wore matching colour-themed laces! 👟Altogether, they raised £2,000 to split between us at Flourish and Breast Cancer Now. 🩷

Being a small charity isn't easy, so support like this means the world to us. Their donation goes straight towards our work with girls across South Warwickshire, helping them build self-esteem and giving them early mental health support when they need it most.

Early intervention changes everything - girls shouldn't have to reach a crisis point before getting the mental health support they deserve.

This , we’re highlighting the power of supporting girls early. Day in and day out, young girls open up to us about heavy struggles: overwhelming anxiety, low self-esteem, and the intense pressure to be "perfect."

Today, we want to say a huge thank you to:

-Our partners who help us spot the signs early and intervene before crisis.
-Our supporters and funders who enable us to put early intervention in place
-Our brilliant girls who inspire us daily with their resilience, unique strengths, and their incredible growth through Flourish. 💛

Through creative activities and guided discussions in a small group setting, we'll help them identify their strengths, navigate friendships, and practice positive self-talk—giving them the tools to build self-esteem, self-worth, and lasting confidence.
