We offer tools, support and guidance to see girls aged 11-18 in Leamington Spa and the surrounding area flourish. Our vision is to see girls value restored, lives rebuilt and potential released through our creative mentoring programme and small group courses.

We’re running a 6 week course made just for girls in Years 7–9. Through creative activities and guided discussions in a small group setting, we'll help them identify their strengths, navigate friendships, and practice positive self-talk—giving them the tools to build self-esteem, self-worth, and lasting confidence.

DETAILS:
🗓 WHEN: Mondays, 5:00 PM – 6:30 PM (Starts October 5th)
📍 WHERE: Sydni Centre, Leamington Spa, CV31 1PT
👥 WHO: Girls in Years 7, 8 & 9
💳 COST: £100 for 6 weeks ✨ Bursaries available

What’s this? A Flourish photo shoot?! 📸✨

The Flourish girls don’t stop just because the school holidays have started! A group of our wonderful girls generously gave their time, skills, and creativity this week to run a photo shoot. Working as both photographers and models, they’ve created a series of authentic, beautiful images that we can’t wait to use across our upcoming campaigns.

Seeing these girls step up with so much confidence, creativity, and self-belief both behind and in front of the camera was brilliant to see.

As the term ends, we send huge thanks and best wishes to our staff team, our volunteers, and our supporters. With everyone's contribution, we consistently get results like this.

Girls tell us they feel better equipped to face challenges, more confident in themselves, and they are able to understand and manage emotions like anxiety and anger.

We couldn't do this without every single one of you — THANK YOU! 💙

This summer, we’ve been lucky enough to have two brilliant work experience students with us!

They got involved in lots of projects, including:

👥 Supporting delivery to our younger students

🎁 Creating beautiful gift packs for group attendees

📝 Creating a brand new welcome letter to ensure everyone at our Meet Up has all the info they need

Our Mentoring Coordinator, Anna, has been very busy this week - not only ensuring all our mentoring sessions run smoothly before the summer holiday but she has also been representing Flourish in our community! ✨ She was at Whitnash fun day and also supported a local secondary school for their transition event.

We love being able to spread the word about Flourish and hear everyone's enthusiasm for what we do and the progress girls make with our support. We're so grateful to everyone who welcomed us at these events! 💖
