WHAT TO EXPECT WHEN YOU GET HERE

Walking into a boxing gym for the first time can feel a bit daunting. It doesn’t need to.
You won’t be expected to know how to box. You won’t be thrown in at the deep end. And nobody’s judging how fit you are.

We’ll start with the basics and build from there.
Footwork & combinations
Partner drills & pad work
Sparring or circuits
Heavy bag work

Everything is coached, and you work at your own level. Sparring is controlled and only introduced when appropriate.
More importantly, expect a good group of blokes training together, having a laugh, putting the work in and helping each other improve.

Come in. Get involved. Keep turning up.
NO EGOS. NO EXCUSES. JUST WORK.

New wellbeing initiative launches in Warwickshire to help men socialise through boxing.

Really good to see Noble Arts Boxing for Wellbeing getting some coverage from Greatest Hits Radio Coventry & Warwickshire

This has been something I’ve wanted to get going for a while.

For me, it’s never been about creating another mental health group or putting labels on people. It’s about giving men somewhere to go, train, have a laugh, challenge themselves and be around a decent group of like-minded men.

I know from my own experiences how important it can be to have some structure, something to focus on and good people around you.

Boxing can give you all of that.

You don’t need any boxing experience and you don’t need to be super fit. You might want to get fitter, build your confidence, get out of the house a bit more or just fancy doing something different.

Whatever your reason, just come down and give it a go.

We start Monday 14th September at Cleary’s Boxing in Whitnash.

Mondays 8:30pm–10pm
Fridays 7:30pm–9pm
£20 seasonal registration
£7.50 per session

If you’re interested, drop us a message at Noble Art Wellbeing.

And a big thank you to everyone who has helped us get to this point.

No egos. No excuses. Just work.
