Hello Autumn 🍁⭐️👻🌻⭐️🍁

We began our Halloween Daytime Disco and lunch season at Halls in Birkhill and Muirhead on 2nd October.

We were privileged to have Shelia Kinninmonth telling us some Scottish spooky stories, keeping us all engaged with very interesting facts about winter berries and clarifying some information about witches. Shelia got our curiosity levels up the moment she shared items in her curiosity box.

We were dancing & lunching too!

A great way to enhance health and wellbeing with occupational therapy matrix addressing physical, mental, social, emotional, environmental, cultural and brain health. Reducing loneliness, isolation, health inequalities and ageism.

Thank you to all our members and volunteers- Roy & Lorna, Joan, Marilyn, Sandra & Researcher Annette 👌⭐️

Next one on 13th November with ⭐️domino’s competition⭐️ included. All welcome for hearty lunch - soup, sandwiches, tangerines & hot drinks £6 entry.
