When we engaged with childminders during the launch of the shared quality improvement framework, you told us you would value more guidance on how the framework can support self-evaluation, particularly in relation to leadership. We have now developed two bitesize videos to support childminders with the leadership quality indicator.

Session one focuses on the quality indicator: leadership and management of staff and resources.
