This is Trevor 💙

A proud SAMH supporter taking on all five Kiltwalks this year.

What keeps him coming back? It’s the people, not the finish line.

It’s the conversations, the connections made and the friendships that last way beyond event day.

If you’ve ever thought about doing the Kiltwalk, this is your sign!

📍 Aberdeen, 7 June
📍 Dundee, 16 August
📍 Edinburgh, 13 September

Scotland National Team invited us to their training camp to talk tactics for ending mental health stigma.

We kicked off the this week, which we think can be a real game-changer.

Our goal: for people with mental health problems to live their lives with the dignity and respect they deserve.

Big thanks to Nathan Patterson and Ross Stewart for being on target. Why not make your mark and then invite three friends to come off the bench and be part of the team?

Good luck in the USA, Scotland National Team!

"Stigma doesn't just hurt feelings - it shapes lives."

Thank you, Jennifer Reoch for supporting the Wee Pink Dot 🧡

Get involved in the challenge! Just grab a pink pen or marker, draw a Wee Pink Dot, and share why you're showing up for people with mental health problems.

We'll be sharing your videos during the course of the campaign, so make sure to tag us and three friends!
