Participants with a disability aged 10 years and older, will be provided with an introduction into sports such as cycling, canoeing and sailing.โ›ต

Wheels to Water is about providing opportunities for people with a disability to try a range of new and exciting sports in a supportive, fun, inclusive and accessible setting, whilst learning more about the pathways in the sport that are available throughout Scotland.

Resonance is the flow of air through the nose and mouth. It can affect voice quality and intelligibility. This exercise plays around with pitch while directing the flow of air through the mouth, it can also help increase sensation in the lips. The lip trill can be surprisingly challenging for someone with speech difficulties! Try practicing for a few minutes every day!๐Ÿ˜
