✨ SUCCESS STORY ✨

When Jay joined the Triple E programme, he was unemployed, struggling to find work and lacking confidence after leaving college. Spending most of his time at home, both Jay and his family were unsure what the future would look like.

With support from VIAS and regular one-to-one coaching, Jay worked on building confidence, preparing for interviews and exploring career opportunities suited to his interests and strengths.

Fast forward to today… 👏
✅ Full-time employment with Trac Energy as an IT Support Apprentice
✅ Sustained employment since July 2025
✅ Working towards his SVQ qualifications
✅ Bought his own home and now living independently

Jay’s family shared:

- Support people into work: Provide 1:1 coaching to help young people and adults with a neurodiversity and/or learning disability to build skills and succeed in real job settings

- Flexible & impactful role: £13.45/hr, zero-hours “as required” – ideal for fitting around other commitments while changing lives

- No experience needed: Full training provided – just bring passion, confidence, and interest in supported employment

- What you’ll need: Strong people skills, ability to work 1:1 in workplaces, and understanding (or willingness to learn) about barriers faced by disabled/neurodivergent people
