🌟 A HUGE thank you to our amazing young fundraiser, Tabitha! 🌟

On Saturday, Tabitha took on the Great Scottish Run Junior race in support of Radio Lollipop Glasgow and what a fantastic job she did! 🏃‍♀️🍭

Not only did she complete the race but she also raised an incredible £244 for Radio Lollipop! 🎉

We are so grateful that Tabitha chose to support us. Every pound raised helps Radio Lollipop continue bringing care, comfort, play and entertainment to children in hospital and having wonderful young people like Tabitha supporting us means so much to our whole team. ❤️

🏃‍♀️ MEET OUR AMAZING FUNDRAISER: TABITHA! 🏃‍♀️

We are sending a huge Radio Lollipop Glasgow shout-out to Tabitha, who is taking part in the AJ Bell Great Scottish Run! 🏅

This run is extra special for Tabitha and her family. Her stepdad was supported by Radio Lollipop when he was a patient in hospital as a child and he later went on to volunteer with us while studying!

Now, Tabitha is keeping that wonderful tradition going and running to bring smiles, music and play to children in hospital.

We are so grateful for your support, Tabitha - everyone at Radio Lollipop Glasgow is cheering you on! 👏❤️

🎃 Get ready to dance for Radio Lollipop!

Our Halloween Zumbathon is coming to Zoom on Friday 30 October at 6.45pm. Join us from anywhere for 45 minutes of music, movement and frightfully good fun—all while supporting children in hospital.

It is £5 per person, with entry into our prize draw included. Book your place and come dance with us! 🕺👻

To book, donate £5 per person to Radio Lollipop UK Limited. Account number: 20072761. Sort code: 20-84-17. Reference: Zumbathon.

Then email [email protected] with the amount donated, the name used for payment and the names of everyone attending. We will email your raffle number and Zoom link.

Last night, our Thursday team had a very special visit from a very magical mermaid! 🧜‍♀️✨

We had the joy of bringing Princess Ariel around the wards to meet all the wonderful children and bring a splash of magic to the hospital 🌊👑

And a very special message from Ariel herself:

A fantastic visit from Wendy, our UK Trustee from Radio Lollipop Birmingham! ❤️🍭

Wendy joined us in Glasgow and got to see our amazing Tuesday team volunteers in action, before taking part in one of our LolliTrollie parties with the children. 🎉

There were plenty of smiles, fun and, of course, lots of music requests with ABBA proving to be the firm favourite! 🎶💃🕺🏽

It was wonderful to showcase the brilliant work our Glasgow volunteers do every week and to spend time sharing the Radio Lollipop magic together.

A huge thank you to Wendy for visiting and to our fantastic volunteers for everything they do for the children and families at the hospital!
