MEET TEAM TRINITY!

It’s time to introduce you all to those who help keep the unit running and give up their valuable time to train our cadets.

First up we have PO McCrudden.

He’s been part of the Sea Cadets for over 12 years, and for the last 2 years he’s been proud to volunteer with Trinity Sea Cadets.

PO McCrudden has always had a passion for the Royal Navy, so volunteering with the Sea Cadets felt like a natural choice. It gave him the opportunity to share that interest with young people and help them develop new skills and confidence.

One of PO’s favourite memories is taking part in a First Aid Competition. He describes it as a great experience and showed the teamwork and dedication of our cadets.

The most rewarding thing is seeing how much the cadets develop and grow in confidence from the day they join to when they leave the unit.

His one piece of advice to any young person thinking of joining the sea cadets is: give everything a go and make the most of every opportunity. You only get one shot, so take advantage of everything the Sea Cadets has to offer.

Thank you for everything you do PO, it’s great to have you on the team!

Well done to all our cadets who attended PEBs this weekend!

A huge congratulations to everyone who took part in Sailing and Rowing. Despite the extremely wet weather, it certainly sounds from the feedback that it didn’t dampen your enthusiasm!

You should all be proud of your efforts and achievements. Now it’s on to the next qualification, keep up the hard work and enthusiasm!

A special thank you to our Cadet ADIs who gave up their weekend to support and instruct others. Your time, commitment and willingness to share your knowledge not only helps develop our younger cadets, but also allows you to build on your own experience and skills.

Well done everyone, and keep pushing forward!

MASSIVE CONGRATULATIONS TO LC SEBI!

Today we want to give a huge congratulations to LC Sebi on successfully passing his Cadet Drill Instructors Course!

Sebi has put in a tremendous amount of hard work, commitment, determination and dedication to reach this point, and it has absolutely paid off.

Becoming a Drill Instructor is no small accomplishment. It takes discipline, confidence, leadership, attention to detail and the ability to set an example for others, all qualities that Sebi has demonstrated throughout his sea cadet career.

We have watched Sebi continue to develop and grow as a cadet, taking on challenges, pushing himself outside of his comfort zone and showing exactly what can be achieved through hard work and perseverance.

From everyone at Trinity Sea Cadets, we want to say just how incredibly proud we are of you, Sebi. You have worked hard for this, you have earned it, and you should be extremely proud of what you have achieved.

Massive BZ, LC Sebi!

Wishing LC Sebi the very best of luck as he takes on his Cadet Drill Instructor course! After a rocky travel day down to Raleigh, he’s finally made it—and we couldn’t be prouder.

Give it your all, Sebi. You’ve got this!

A night when it was just as wet out of the water as in it.

But we're ruffy tuffy cadets and we're not made of sugar so everyone enjoyed paddling under PO Joanne's expert eye!
