Such a wonderful time spent taken the logboat out on the waters of Loch Tay at Scottish Crannog Centre over the weekend.

Wonderful to be here at the Scottish Crannog Centre this weekend of the Celts event (24th - 26th July). To see the magnificent finished Crannog structure out on the waters edge and open to the public. The faithful crew and makers of Dobhran (the Iron Age log-boat) are back again at the Crannog Centre. Giving visitors the chance to see the Iron Age log-boat out on the waters of Loch Tay and the experience of rowing an Iron-age log-boat around the new Crannog.

Iron Age Log-Boat in Granton - just a few wee memorable pics from are epic journey across the Firth of Forth. After a long lay-up at the old site the arrangements are made to take Dobhran across Loch Tay to the Scottish Crannog Centre. On the 5th of October, almost exactly 2 years after crossing the Forth, she'll cross the Tay... 😂
