Pilton Community Health Project

Pilton Community Health Project We run a number of services and activities that support people to lead healthier lives. PCHP works with people to take steps towards better health.

Our vision is Equality, Wellbeing and Belonging for all in our communities. We work with a strengths based approach, supporting and developing the strengths inside someone - like knowledge and experience. This way of working can empower people to take control of their own health and avoids doing things to people, not with them. The global pandemic has exacerbated health inequalities, and those mos

t affected are the people that were already most disadvantaged in our city. We work in North Edinburgh, and you can find out more about what we are doing by visiting our website www.pchp.org.uk; have a look at our what's on pages. To find out more please call us on 0131 551 1671 or email [email protected].

Women's Cook Club returns on Wednesday 12 August!

As the school summer holidays draw to a close, we are happy to welcome our groups back starting with our popular Wednesday Cook Club. ๐Ÿฅฃ

If you would like to join us, drop-in volunteers are welcome from 11am onwards to help make a delicious and nutritious community meal from scratch.
The community meal is served from 1pm until done.

Want to get involved?
Our Women's Cook Club is a drop-in volunteering group open to all women. This means if you are available and you would like to help - you can turn up on the day and take part.
Help is needed with prepping, chopping, cooking, and planning for the week ahead. We especially need support in the early afternoons with clean up. ๐Ÿฝ๏ธ
If you'd like to get involved, come along and say hi and we'll find a place for you at our table. ๐Ÿ˜Š
