Report it mobile app – important update

The Council’s Report it mobile app is no longer available.

The app is being retired as it is no longer able to deliver the reliable experience residents expect, while the Council website provides a supported and mobile‑friendly alternative.

Residents can continue to report issues using the Report It pages on the Council website.

These pages work well on mobile devices, including phones and tablets, and have all the same features as the app, providing a consistent and reliable way to report issues.

To report an issue, please visit: Report it.

You can save our website to your phone's home screen for quick, app-like access. Simple step-by-step guidance on how to do that is available, and we encourage you to uninstall the app from your device: How to add our site to your phone’s home screen.
