We will be back at Riverside Health Centre tomorrow from 10:30 to 1pm, and the weather is looking good!
Last week we created some natural tree guards made with cut willow, it really has smartened the area up. Thank you to the volunteers for helping.

Creative Grow Well, our winter indoor nature craft project has come to an end for another year as we look forward to warmer and sunnier days in the Grow Well gardens. Reflecting on an inspiring winter with so much creativity and friendship, here’s what some of our participants have to say:

We have our last Nature's Table event today at Riverside Health Centre, mixed session 10:30-1pm, then a womens group afternoon session 1:30-3pm.

Come and get warm with some freshly cooked garden food (around 12pm serving) and find out about our community group programmes across the spring and summer.

Connecting people through growing produce, access to local food and promoting health & wellbeing in the community 💚

We’re celebrating the end of this season’s Creative Grow Well with an exhibition of some of the amazing artwork we’ve created TODAY at the ACE Past, Present and Future Exhibition, The Dusty Forge, Ely from 1.30pm. Come and see what we, and other creative groups, have been up to this winter! 🎨🪴

Another glorious day in the Grow Well garden at Dusty Forge/ACE! ☀️🥗

It was the last session before an Easter break, so we did a lot of harvesting (3kg of lettuce, leeks, carrots and spring greens!), finished off some 'in progress' jobs, planted some new trees and gave the garden a good water.

We'll be back on the 13th April, reverting to two sessions:

11-12:30 and 1-2:30pm.

Sessions this week at Lansdowne Surgery (Wednesday) and Riverside/Grangetown (Thursday) 11-1pm. Come and join us!
