Co-op Dan Do We are a community group developing affordable ecohomes for cooperative living in South Wales

Community led housing in South East Wales :

We are a not-for-profit community group wishing to own and develop land for collaborative housing and work space. We will set up afforable, low impact living in eco homes, set in a permaculture landscape designed for beauty, bio-diversity and food production. Creating a community that aims to be inclusive, we are looking for people who share our dream

of living together in collaboration within self-contained small homes. As a group developing at least 50% afforable homes, we hope to unlock new sites for innovative development at the edge of a town or large village in SE and Central Wales.
