⛷ Pembrey - Freestyle Club
🗓Every Wednesday 5pm - 7pm! Open to all aged 7+ who can link turns and looking to develop freestyle skills. The first hour is a coached session focused on learning new techniques and improving skills. The second hour, riders will have time to practise and enjoy the freestyle area independently.
⛷Llangrannog - Freestyle Session
🗓Every Monday 7:30pm - 9pm. Coaches will guide riders through certain features/jumps in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Sessions are athlete-led; the coaches will guide the participants through the correct fundamentals. The emphasis is to build a friendly competitiveness, while learning new tricks.
NB: Participants must be able to link turns and control speed on skis/snowboard - a little experience riding switch is great too 😃
The cost of the session is ￡15 pp and includes kit rental 🙌

🗓 Bob dydd Mercher, 5pm – 7pm! Ar agor i bawb 7 oed a throsodd sy’n gallu cysylltu troeon ac sydd eisiau datblygu eu sgiliau freestyle. Mae’r awr gyntaf yn sesiwn dan arweiniad hyfforddwr, gyda ffocws ar ddysgu technegau newydd a gwella sgiliau. Yn ystod yr ail awr, bydd gan y reidwyr amser i ymarfer a mwynhau’r ardal freestyle yn annibynnol.
⛷ Llangrannog – Sesiwn Freestyle
🗓 Bob dydd Llun, 7:30pm – 9pm. Bydd hyfforddwyr yn arwain reidwyr drwy nodweddion/neidiau penodol mewn awyrgylch hamddenol a chyfeillgar. Mae’r sesiynau’n cael eu harwain gan yr athletwyr; bydd yr hyfforddwyr yn tywys y cyfranogwyr drwy’r hanfodion cywir. Y pwyslais yw meithrin cystadleuaeth gyfeillgar, wrth ddysgu triciau newydd.
