The annual week long UK KDS Karate summer school, 33 hours of hard training across the week.

We also found time for our annual night out with Keele University AU Karate Club - KDS and Penarth Karate do Shotokai , cake and coffee lunch in Canterbury, and the formal dinner Friday evening.

Alternative venue whilst our usual place was used as a Polling Station. Two sessions running side by side. Fast kata, plyometrics and kumite tested to the max for both groups.

Training resuming as normal every Thurs 7pm and Sat 10am at The Presbyterian Church Hall, St Fagans Road, Fairwater, Cardiff, CF5 3AL
