We train every Wednesday 630pm to 8pm at the Roath Conservative Club, Cyril Cres, Roath, Cardiff, CF24 1DQ.

Everyone welcome (age 16 and over) to our friendly community of like minded people who want stress free exercise and a bit of excitement.
