A big thank you to Pick Your Own Pumpkins Canterbury for the donation of pumpkins to The Bridge Village Playgroup. The children have enjoyed testing their strength picking up the largest pumpkins, wearing the funny-shaped pumpkins as a necklace or crown and even seeing how far they can roll the pumpkins. They have survived a week of exploration by 2-4 year-olds exceptionally well.

We love sensory play and getting creative at The Bridge Village Playgroup. What new learning adventures will tomorrow bring?

It was potion making time at The Bridge Village Playgroup today. The children enjoyed the thrill of the fizz as they squirted the coloured vinegar mixture into the baking soda. We picked herbs from the garden to add, talking about all the different scents. When all the mixture was finished, we used the pipettes to put mixture back into the bottles to start the fun again!

Ready...steady...go! What it looks like when a village is part of your playground at nursery. A lovely afternoon out with the children for a treasure hunt and racing on the Rec with a stop at the 'bug garden' on the way back to Bridge Village Playgroup.
