The Countdown Cricket Under 9's Mixed County Finals brought huge fun and energy ⏰🏏

Congratulations to Tenterden for becoming County Champions and to Cowdrey for ending as Runners Up (decided only on the last ball!)

What a fabulous first year for this newly branded, county wide softball cricket offer. A huge well done to all participating Final Teams (Catford & Cyphers, Folkestone, Linton Park & Faversham) and a big thanks for the support of this junior competition in its first year, including hosts of the Final, Upchurch Cricket Club 🙌

What a summer it’s been for our Street Young Leaders! 🙌

Throughout August, we’ve held two Street Young Leaders courses, bringing together young people who want to develop their skills, get involved in Street Cricket and take their first steps towards becoming a Street Assistant Coach.

Across both courses, our Young Leaders have:
🏏 Learned what Street Cricket is all about
🎯 Developed their coaching skills
🗣️ Had the chance to lead activities
🟡 Made their own tape balls
🔥 Put their skills into practice through Street Cricket

A huge well done to everyone who took part! We can’t wait to see you putting your new skills into action across our Street Cricket sessions. 💪
