A joy to have Jessica Swale with us this afternoon. Here’s a draft you can adapt:

—
What a wonderful afternoon! Huge thanks to everyone who joined us for this conversation between the brilliant Jessica Swale and Bury Literature Festival Honorary Patron and novelist Margaret Meyer

Jessica shared such generous insights from her career: how to work through creative blocks, find flow, and weave creativity into everyday life. Her belief that making things isn’t a luxury but a necessity.

Thank you to Jessica for her honesty and warmth, to Margaret for such a thoughtful and engaging conversation, and to our brilliant audience for your questions and enthusiasm. Events like this are what the festival is all about.

Keep making, keep creating, and we hope to see you at the next one!
