We would just like to thank everyone who played a part in our ‘healing hub’ wellness day on Saturday.

We were blessed with a glorious day of sunshine 🌞 healing, & connecting, raising a substantial amount of money for the Earth Star Community Project…..so we can crack on with repairs & extending facilities to our beautiful project & what we can offer 🙌🤩

It was so fantastic to meet so many kind & friendly faces, & we hope to be holding future events, to bring to you the hope of other ways to ‘heal’ the mind, body & soul 🙏🤩❤️

Hi, I’m Rory

I’m a Transformational Life Coach and Somatic Breathwork Practitioner, and over the years I’ve guided thousands of people through this work, both one to one and in group settings.

My path into this wasn’t just study, it came through lived experience, working through trauma, rebuilding myself, and finding the breath as a way back. That’s what I now share with others.

My sessions are unique in their style, combining somatic breathwork with powerful, carefully curated music to create a deeply immersive experience that helps you drop out of the mind and into the body, where real change happens.

This work supports the nervous system, helps release stored stress and emotion, and reconnects you to a deeper sense of clarity, calm, and strength.

At the Earth Star Community Project on Saturday 9th at Freckenham Village Hall, I’ll be facilitating one guided breathwork session, a space to reset, release, and reconnect.

We welcome Christian to our wellness day on the 9th May, who will be setting up her Tropic Skincare Stall in the main hall.

Hi my name is Christian Spence and I am very proud to have been a Tropic Skincare Ambassador for the last 10 years.

Tropic Skincare is an outstanding British brand who are meticulous in their development of products ensuring no harmful chemicals are contained in any product.

Our skincare is healthier for humans, animals and the environment, where 98% of the products are made in their beauty kitchen in Surrey, England and sold through people like myself to ensure that the products are as fresh as if you’d made them yourself.

I’m very happy to have a stall at this event where I will be offering free hand massages & will welcome any conversations about our fantastic products…🤩
