This Mental Health Awareness Week, the theme is Actions 💚

Small actions can make a big difference.
A check-in text, a kind word, a listening ear, or simply being there for someone can have more impact than we realise.

Together, through everyday actions, we can help create a more supportive and understanding community for mental health.

We will be a hosting a stall at the Haverhill Wellbeing event tomorrow evening. Pop in and see us!✨

We recently visited in Bury St Edmund’s to see the beginning of a new pale ale being made for their upcoming Easter Beer Festival.🍻

Brewing of the new ale began alongside International Women’s Day and was named ‘Anne Bonny’ after the legendary female pirate. 🏴‍☠️

The Old Cannon Brewery has generously offered to make a donation to Restore WA for every firkin sold of the new brew. This generous support is greatly appreciated and will help support our critical programs.

If you want to try this rebellious new pale ale and support Restore WA as well as a wonderful local brewery, come enjoy the Easter Beer Festival at The Old Cannon Brewery and try the Anne Bonny. Thursday 2nd - Monday 6th of April.🍺

Today we celebrate the strength, courage, and resilience of women everywhere. 💜

At Restore, we stand with survivors, honour their stories, and continue the fight for a future where every woman can live free from fear and violence.

International Women’s Day is a reminder that when women support women, raise their voices, and demand change, real progress happens. Together, we are stronger. 🤍
