Take me back! 🌈

28,000+ people joined us on The Downs for Bristol Pride this year, filling the festival with colour from start to finish.

Can we talk about the outfits? 💅 We saw some absolutely wonderful looks across the festival this year. Pride definitely gave everyone an excuse to dress up, and you did not disappoint. ✨

With more than 250 performers across four stages, there was plenty happening, but it’s all of you who bring the festival to life.

Thank you to every single person who came along and shared the day with us. ❤️

Last chance to have your say! Complete both surveys by 31 August. ❤️

Your feedback helps us understand what worked well at Bristol Pride 2026, what could be improved and what you would like to see in the future.

We have two surveys to help us understand your experience:

✏️ Our 2026 Attendee Survey gives you the chance to tell us about your overall experience and help shape Bristol Pride going forward.

♿ Our Accessibility Survey focuses specifically on accessibility. We want to hear what worked well, what did not, and what could help us make Bristol Pride 2027 even more accessible.

It only takes a few minutes, and everyone who completes will be entered into a competition to win a pair of Super Supporter Wristbands for Bristol Pride 2027! ✨🎟️

20,000+ people marching through Bristol and thousands more lining the streets. 🌈

Our Pride Parade is always one of the most powerful parts of Bristol Pride, bringing our community, friends, families, allies and organisations together right through the heart of the city.

This year, over 80 organisations and groups joined us alongside thousands of people marching with Pride. Protesting, supporting and celebrating with our community as we raise our collective voices to push back against rising hatred and to be loud, proud and visible.

Thank you to everyone who was part of it. ❤️🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍⚧️

You look FABULOUS 💅 ✨

One of our favourite things about the Parade is seeing everyone bring their own personality to it. Whether you spent weeks planning your outfit or threw something together that morning, you brought SO much colour to the streets of Bristol.

With more than 20,000 people marching this year, there was certainly no shortage of Pride looks to photograph. ❤️

Have you spotted yourself or someone you know?

We always want to improve accessibility at Bristol Pride, but we can only do that with your vital feedback. ♿

We want to hear what worked well this year, what did not, and any thoughts that could help us make Bristol Pride 2027 even more accessible.

Your feedback helps us understand whether we are getting things right, where we need to improve and how we can invest in the areas that will have the greatest impact.

This year, we increased trackway, accessible entrances, viewing platforms and BSL interpretation. We also provided wheelchair-accessible events across the festival fortnight and a neurodivergent space.

We remain committed to continuing this work, and your feedback helps us make informed decisions about what is needed most.

We have created a dedicated Accessibility Feedback Survey, which you can find through this link: forms.gle/NAQ1P6yQq3VvFshZ9 ⬅

It only takes a few minutes to complete, and you could win a pair of Super Supporter Wristbands for Bristol Pride 2027!

We know today will be a concerning day for our Trans and Non-Binary community, so we're sending love and solidarity.

Today the EHRC code of practice comes into being, but it is guidance not law. There remains no criminal law prohibiting trans people from gendered spaces such as bathrooms and there are no laws allowing harassment in bathrooms.

The code of practice is suggested framework for service providers many businesses, bars, restaurants and venues do not need to do anything. You are not required to provide or become single or separate s*x. In fact, the starting point in the guidance itself is to provide mixed services. Going full gender neutral is an option. Read the guidance. Take note on it's advice about ensuring Trans people are not discriminated against and on gender neutral provisions.

The fight is not over. Please still continue to write to your MP on this matter. Despite 166 MPs signing the motion to reject the unworkable and cruel guidance, despite over 20,000 members of the public and businesses writing to voice their concerns and over 27,000 signing the public petition we are left with no debate, MPs have had no vote and constituents left with no voice. Government silence on this matter has led to a lot of confusion, we hope that when the government returns from recess MPs will be able to continue to challenge this.

We want to say again a huge thank you to all our incredible volunteers! ❤️

Your time, energy and support help keep Bristol Pride moving, from our two weeks of events to Pride Day itself has been incredible. Over 200 volunteers help make Pride happen this year and we simply could not do it without the brilliant people who give their time to help steward the parade, welcome attendees, support our teams and help everything run smoothly.

We are so grateful to every single person who volunteered with us this year. Thank you for being such an important part of Bristol Pride 2026.

Interested in volunteering with us in 2027? Keep an eye on our social channels for future opportunities 👀

Whilst we have you there is still time to donate to support Pride. It has been a challenging year for Bristol Pride, and your support makes a real difference. If you enjoyed the festival or joined us at any of our events, or couldn't make it but want to ensure Pride keeps going, please consider making a donation to help us continue delivering Bristol Pride and supporting LGBTQ+ people across the city.
