Incident

As some have already shared pictures of Rek41 today with lots of police outside, we would like to take this opportunity to thank the staff, volunteers, customers of both Rek41 and JourneyMEN Wirral alongside the emergency services for their swift action and support.
And to our neighbours, we apologise for any inconvenience and thank all those who have messaged with support and well wishes.
We can confirm that the individual is now receiving the support they desperately needed and we are so glad that they reached to us for help first before carrying out what they intended to do.
Mental health matters and if you or anyone you know are struggling, please reach out ❤️

Busy busy busy as we begin preparing for Xmas here at Rek 41 ...
However, there's still plenty going on, with pool matches, karaoke, triops away with JourneyMEN Wirral, walks, and much more..

Also, this Saturday night is our fancy dress Halloween Party 🥳🥳😱😱😱 with live DJ and I've heard on the grapevine that Michael Jackson is appearing too ...

To be honest...that would be really spooky so let's hope it's just an impersonator 🤣🤣🤣..

Party starts at 7 💪👍

❤️💪👍

For the last 18 months, with the support of Sport England we have built pool competitions, leagues and also managed to get a team into the Birkenhead Pool League. It's been a huge success and everyone involved has been really supportive. We even had two of our players go on to win the leagues Scotch Doubles competition, which was a huge achievement.
Thank you to all those who've supported us.
Tonight we all get together to celebrate the work that everyone has put in, the players, the staff and volunteers as we host a trophy and celebration night. Everyone is welcome to join us from 6.30. There will be food and a live DJ.
Well done everyone ❤️❤️😃

And the Birkenhead League 2025/26 Scotch Doubles winners are......

John C and John M of Rek 41 👋👋👋👋💪💪💪

Well played lads. After a year of competition, it came down to a decider and a black ball. The lads held their nerve and walked away as the League Scotch Doubles Champions 2025/26.

What an end to an amazing first season.

Well done to the whole team and we look forward to next season..

❤️❤️❤️❤️
