What a fantastic afternoon we had at the A&K Community Hub for our monthly pensioners event!
A huge thank you to Helen from Home Instead for providing all the teas and coffees and making sure everyone had a drink.
And a very special birthday shout-out to our lovely Jan – hope you had a wonderful day!

🧔 Men’s Wellbeing Group
🕤 9:30am – 2:30pm
A friendly and supportive group where men can come together, chat, relax and enjoy good company in a safe space. No pressure, just a place to connect and support one another.

👩‍👧 Mums Walk & Talk
🕙 Meet at the hub at 10:00am
Join us for a gentle walk around the park with other mums and little ones. Afterwards, we’ll head back to the hub for tea, toast, fruit, a good catch-up and playtime for the children. A lovely way to get out, meet others and enjoy some fresh air together 🌿☕🍓
