🐾 Have your say on our Responsible Pet Policy

We’re reviewing our Responsible Pet Policy and would really value your feedback.

Pets can have a really positive impact on wellbeing, and we want to support customers who wish to keep them, provided they are well looked after and mindful of those around them.

This policy explains how we approach things like requesting permission to keep a pet, what responsible pet ownership looks like, and how we manage situations where pets may cause disruption.

Your feedback will help us make sure the policy is clear, fair and reflects the needs of our customers and communities

A quick update from our Contact Centre 📞

Our teams are currently experiencing a high volume of calls ⏳, and we’re working hard to support everyone as quickly as possible.

Many non‑emergency repairs can be reported through MyMagenta, our customer portal 💻 - meaning you can log repairs and book an appointment at a time that suits you. It’s quicker, easier, and only takes a couple of minutes.

If you haven’t used MyMagenta before, it’s an easy way to stay on top of everything to do with your home 🏡

Have your say on our draft Unreasonable Customer Behaviour Policy 💬

We’re reviewing our Unreasonable Customer Behaviour Policy, and the draft is now open for customer consultation.

This policy explains how we manage unreasonable behaviour and support a fair, consistent approach to customer contact. Because this policy affects how we manage interactions, it’s important it’s clear, fair and easy to understand, and that it reflects the needs of our customers and communities.

🗣️ Your feedback will help shape the final policy.

Through Operation EVOLVE, we’ve been working alongside partners to take action - from tackling organised crime to improving neighbourhoods and supporting residents.

Over the past three years, partners have worked together to deliver real change, including:
✔️ Over £2 million of drugs seized
✔️ More than 1,700 arrests
✔️ Over 140 weapons removed
✔️ Crime reduced by 12.6% across key areas

At Magenta Living, we’re proud to be part of this work - supporting local initiatives and working closely with residents to address the issues affecting their neighbourhoods.

As Paul Robinson, Community Safety Manager at Magenta Living, said:
“Working in partnership is central to everything we do, and Operation EVOLVE shows what can be achieved when organisations and communities come together.”

From supporting community-led initiatives to chairing local problem-solving groups, this joined-up approach is helping create safer, stronger places people can feel proud to call home 💜

If you’re experiencing anti-social behaviour, you can report it to us here:
🔗 https://www.magentaliving.org.uk/your-home/anti-social-behaviour/anti-social-behaviour-reporting-form/ or call our Contact Centre on 0808 100 9596.

If you have information about crime, contact Merseyside Police on 101 or report anonymously via Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
