Could your school help shape new voting resources for young people with SEND?

We are looking for schools to help us test a new set of accessible resources before they are rolled out across the UK. The resources are designed specifically for SEND learners and have a practical focus on how voting works and how young people can take part.

By getting involved, your school will:

- Get free, ready-made resources, including teacher notes, PowerPoints and activities.

- Help students build their confidence and understanding of voting.

- Support young people to become active citizens and have their voices heard.

- Help shape and improve resources that will be used by schools across the UK.

Interested in getting involved?
Use the 'contact us' form on our website ndti.org.uk or send us a direct message.

- How to build person-centred support rooted in local communities
- Create opportunities for people to contribute and connect with where they live
- Direct and keep resources within the local area
If you work in health, social care, commissioning or community development, or simply care about what makes places thrive, please join the conversation.

What keeps great leaders in social care?
Often, it's not a promotion or a new job title. It's the chance to make a real difference while staying connected to the values that brought them into the sector in the first place.

Radical Roots is for leaders who want to challenge thinking, influence change and develop new approaches, without losing sight of what matters most to people.

If that sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you.

Fully funded.
Coaching, peer support and learning.
For values-driven leaders in social care.
No obligation online information session 27 October 3pm-5pm

As our new strategy sets out, we are not neutral. We will challenge racism, discrimination and all forms of hate, amplify people’s voices and work towards fairer, more inclusive systems.

Read Saba’s blog, discover her new book Double Discrimination, and find out about our work: https://www.ndti.org.uk/resource/black-history-disability-and-the-power-to-be-heard/
