Rotary Club of Bathavon A lively Club with over 30 members meeting every fortnight. Very active in the local community running events such as the Mayor's Art Show. New members welcome.

Linked with Rotary Clubs in Tours and Mannheim for annual get-togethers and joint projects. Rotary members are business and professional men and women and community leaders keen to use their skills and resources to help others. Every year our club raises money for local and international humanitarian causes. We are a friendly club and normally meet at The Hilton Hotel in Walcot Street in the glorious city of Bath on Thursday evenings at 6.45 for 7.00pm. We welcome guests interested in learning more about Rotary and who would like to consider joining us. Just let us know by midday on a Monday that you would like to attend on the Thursday. Meetings during the pandemic are mainly by Zoom. Please contact us via email: [email protected]

During a typical month, we have an entertaining after-dinner speaker on a couple of occasions, a business meeting on one Thursday and either a fundraising event or outside visit.

He then gave a very personal and uplifting talk about the empowerment of education.
