2 days to go! πŸŽ‰

The tartan is ready and our incredible teams are laced up and ready to go! We are immensely proud of the determination and resilience of everyone walking to support AIMS this Sunday.

Every single step they take helps provide crucial support for individuals living with Multiple Sclerosis and neurological conditions.

πŸ’œ Meet the people who make our mission possible. Our trustees bring experience, dedication, and heart to everything AIMS stands for, guiding our strategy and keeping us true to our vision.

Also- a long awaited update: We are delighted to welcome Nicola as a Trustee. Nicola joined us a while ago and has experience supporting several local charities, including AIMS. With a background in strategy development she adds fresh perspective and dimension to the team going forward.

Join us for an afternoon of relaxing music! Joy, one of our members, has organised a concert at Fountainhall Church at the Stocket, Harcourt Road, AB15 5NZ on Sat 6 June at 3pm to raise valuable funds for AIMS. I attach full details below. We would really appreciate your help in supporting this initiative, by either coming along yourself, or by spreading the word to family and friends and encouraging them to do so. Entry is by donation at the door. For anyone who likes music of any kind, this is always an enjoyable and relaxing afternoon, an hour of easy listening followed by tea/coffee, cake and biscuits.

Another lovely afternoon at Kirktown Garden Centre, Stonehaven! Great to see so many people. Lots of chat and laughter and a great selection of scones and traybakes. Thank you as always to Chrissie for organising and to the staff at Kirktown for their very efficient and friendly service.

πŸŽ‰ The Mindful Troops Kiltwalk team just got bigger!

Shout out to Susan, Arran and Izzy Campbell, who will be joining the Wee Wander at the Aberdeen Kiltwalk 2026! πŸ‘ŸπŸ’œ

Susan attends Mia's Friday mindfulness class and wanted to give back. A special mention for Izzy who is 8 years old, the youngest person to join Kiltwalk Aberdeen for AIMS so far!
