📣 We are so excited to invite you all to our Magical Christmas Lunch on Saturday, December 5th. We are returning to The Craighaar Hotel, Waterton Road, Bucksburn AB21 9HS. Arrival time is from 12.00 onwards with lunch at 12.30. Cost per person is £20.

This includes a starter and main followed by tea/coffee and mince pies. There is no requirement to pre-order unless you have a dietary requirement not catered for on the menu. As always, family, friends and carers are welcome. Raffle tickets will be on sale. Feel free to bring one gift (something which you would be happy to receive yourself), for the raffle.

AIMS is not just for those with MS. We have people with Ataxia, Parkinsons, Spinal Injuries, FND, Myotonic Dystrophy and other neurological conditions who come along to our activities. We recognise that carers and families need support too. Whether you want to work on your fitness and mobility, meet like-minded people or just feel less isolated socially, we would love to welcome you!

We'd love to see you at our next coffee meet up at Green Pastures Cafe, Old Skene Road, Westhill, AB32 6AQ on Tuesday 10 November at 2pm. The cafe has a great selection of home bakes and coffees/teas. The view is an added bonus! Family, friends and carers are all welcome.
