When she was born with a cleft lip and palate in Honduras, the doctor consoled her mother, María, by sharing that Estrella's smile could be transformed with surgery. But María was worried about the costs.

That is until a neighbour informed María about Operation Smile Honduras — where children born with cleft conditions could receive free, safe surgery and comprehensive care. 💙

With newfound hope, María took Estrella to a surgical program, trusting the compassionate volunteers to provide cleft care for her daughter.

Today, Estrella's life is changed. She attends school with confidence and a beautiful new smile, made possible through YOUR support. 😄
