Canadians for Kindness - Seniors Initiative No, thus we created Canadians for Kindness.

Canada has many resources and health care facilities to offer to the residents living here, but are the resources and the healthcare facilities ready to meet the demands of a rapidly aging Canadian population?

Hi everyone,

We know that many people in our community are facing food insecurity right now, and times are tough for so many across Toronto. I want to do my part to help ease that burden.

I run a local nonprofit, Canadians for Kindness - Seniors Initiative, and we prepare weekly meals based on available resources for seniors, unhoused individuals, and families in need.

If you or someone you know needs food support, please send me a private message. I will do my best to see what can be done. No judgment — just community helping community. ❤️

If you would like to support this effort, we have started a fundraiser to help cover food and supply costs. Every dollar goes directly toward preparing and distributing weekly meals:

Hello friends

I’ve been quiet for a while, and I want to share why.

For years, through Canadians for Kindness, I had the privilege of helping so many — especially seniors — with meals and support. But when I faced some unexpected health issues, followed by financial challenges, I had to take a step back.

It was a humbling season. Sometimes the ones who help others have to pause and heal too.

Watching what’s happening across Canada right now — the rising costs, families and seniors struggling quietly with food insecurity — I knew I couldn’t stay on the sidelines. Hunger isn’t just affecting the homeless. It’s affecting working people, parents, students, and retirees.

I’ve worked through my challenges, and I’m grateful to say we’re coming back — stronger and more determined than ever.

Soon I’ll be sharing details about our new meal-sharing program, where we’ll be preparing fresh meals for anyone in need — with dignity and compassion at the heart of it.

Thank you for your patience and continued support.
